Who may use Purchase Orders?
Schools, Municipal, Federal, State, City, and local Governments can place a Purchase Order without applying for credit, however we do require a written Purchase Order. If you do not use a formal written Purchase Order system, we must get something in writing on the organizations letterhead in order to bill the agency. It can even be hand written, as long as it is written on letterhead and clearly shows the billing address, shipping address, phone number, the product ordered, the quantity ordered and the total dollar amount.
How do I buy from your store with a Purchase Order?
If you wish to send us a Purchase Order, all you need do is one of the following:
- FAX your SIGNED Purchase Order to (610) 572-7096
- Mail your signed Purchase Order to:

- Downingtown, PA 19335 (USA)
- Email your SIGNED Purchase Order to: firstname.lastname@example.org
What are your payment terms?
Our standard terms are Net 30.
